Marino Customs LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate customer-provided files, measurements, or specifications.

5. Returns, Refunds, Digital Files, and Shipping

Customers should review all product descriptions, dimensions, material information, tolerances, finish expectations, intended use limitations, and shipping details before purchase.

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, custom fabrication timelines, or circumstances outside our control.

Unless explicitly stated in writing, products and prototypes are not certified for safety-critical, medical, aerospace, defense, load-bearing, automotive safety, or regulated industrial use.

Customers are solely responsible for evaluating whether products are suitable for their intended application and for complying with applicable laws, regulations, safety standards, and intellectual property requirements.

Marino Customs LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, excessive stress, environmental exposure, unintended use, modification by third parties, or use outside intended specifications.
